The Front Hotel and Apartments

Rooms at The Front Hotel and Apartments measure 25 to 100 m² and sleep between two and seven guests. The choice runs from standard double rooms and a superior triple room to suites and one- and two-bedroom apartments, several of them with a sea view.

Patong is the best-known resort area on Phuket's west coast, and its main beach is 50 m from The Front Hotel and Apartments. Hotels, bars and restaurants line the streets behind the sand, and the atmosphere is lively, especially after dark.

Bangla Road, the street known for its nightlife, is 1.1 km away, and the Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, is 1.2 km away. Karon Beach, a long beach just south of Patong, lies 3 km away, and the Big Buddha Phuket, a large seated statue on a hilltop above Chalong, is 7 km away. Phuket FantaSea, a theme park with an evening cultural show, is also in the area, and the Chinese Temple is a short distance from the hotel. Car hire and a taxi service are available at the property, and Patong Pier is nearby.

A typical day could start on Patong Beach, continue with a drive south to Kata and Karon beaches, and finish with dinner on the streets behind the sand or on Bangla Road later on. The beaches are all reached by road from Patong, so no boat is needed for the day. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples, is a good stop for the afternoon.
