The Cute Resort

The Standard room at The Cute Resort measures 25 m² and sleeps up to two guests in a double bed. Air conditioning and a private bathroom come with the room.

Rooms can also have a balcony or terrace, a refrigerator, a desk and a seating area, and guests can find a daily newspaper, toiletries and free bottled water.

The resort runs a 24-hour front desk and offers on-site parking, and WiFi is available in the public areas as well as free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Guests who arrive by car will find the parking on the property itself.

For dining there is a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop, and 24-hour room service. Guests can also book a massage, visit the salon, go to the nightclub or browse the shops, so there is a range of services under one roof without leaving the resort.

The grounds have a garden, and the resort offers currency exchange, cash withdrawal and laundry service. English and Thai are spoken at the property, and the front desk is staffed around the clock.

The Cute Resort sits in the Lat Krabang area of Bangkok, out towards Suvarnabhumi Airport, the city's main international airport. The surroundings are local and residential, with village markets, temples and neighbourhood streets rather than the tourist areas of the old city. The old-city temples and palaces are a long way off, so the resort works best as a base close to the airport and the local markets.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is 4.4 km away, and the Phra Chom Klao train stop is 750 m from the resort. Around the hotel, the Suvarnabhumi Flea Market is 350 m away and the Wat Pluk Sattha pagoda is 900 m, while the Hua Takhe Old Market is 1.4 km away. These markets and the temple give the streets a neighbourhood feel. A hospital and a convenience store are also close by, so basic needs are covered in the neighbourhood.

A day could start at the Suvarnabhumi Flea Market and the Wat Pluk Sattha pagoda, then move on to Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large weekend market across the city, or to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, which are a longer trip across Bangkok. Those with more time can head for Khaosan Road and Asiatique, both further across the city.
