Rooms at The Chalet Phuket Resort include a Deluxe Double Room and a Deluxe Twin Room, each 20 m², a Deluxe Room of 30 m² and a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View of 35 m². There is also a One-Bedroom Suite, a Triple Room Panoramic, a Deluxe House and a Deluxe room.

Panwa Beach is 3.1 km away, and Makham Bay is 750 m from the resort. Ton Aow Yon Waterfall sits in the hills nearby, a good change of scene from the coast. Phuket Aquarium is also in the Panwa area, and Rassada Pier, the ferry terminal in Phuket Town, serves the boats to the islands.

Wat Chalong, the best-known temple on the island, is 7.2 km away and makes a good starting point for a day of sightseeing, with the Kao Khad Viewpoint nearby. Phuket Town, the island's old centre, is also reachable by road from here, and its streets of Sino-Portuguese shophouses are worth an afternoon of walking. Patong Beach, 13.4 km away, is the island's busiest beach town and a good choice for an evening out. A car or taxi is the easiest way to reach the beaches, since the resort sits away from the main beach strips.
