The Blue Sky Resort@ Koh Payam

The Blue Sky Resort@ Koh Payam has villas and a guestroom, with lagoon, sea and pool views. Several rooms measure 40 m² and sleep up to three guests, and they all have a private bathroom with a shower.

Some rooms look out over the lagoon, others over the sea or the pool, and the 24 m² guestroom sleeps up to three guests. Rooms can also have air conditioning, an in-room safe, a refrigerator, a seating area and a balcony or terrace.

The Blue Sky Resort@ Koh Payam has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, along with a garden and its own private beach. Restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop, BBQ facilities and room service are available, and breakfast, an Asian breakfast, is included in the rate.

Guests can arrange tours and water sports such as canoeing. The resort also offers an airport transfer and a shuttle service, and car hire, daily housekeeping, a laundry service, business facilities, meeting and banquet facilities and a gift shop are also available.

Koh Phayam is a small island off the coast of Ranong province in southern Thailand, and it is reached only by boat, so the crossing from the mainland is the first part of the trip. Its shoreline is a sequence of beaches and bays, with small villages set just behind them, and the resort sits among those beaches. The pace here is unhurried, and the ferry pier links the island with the mainland.

Ao Mae Mai Beach is 200 m from the resort and Chedi Loi Nam Beach is 400 m away, while the Bot Klang Thale pagoda lies 850 m off. Further along the island, Ao Muk Beach is 1.6 km away and the Hin Talu viewpoint is 1.8 km away. The ferry terminal, Koh Phayam Pier, is close by, and the village of Ao Mea Mai lies close to the resort.

A simple day here starts with a swim at Ao Mae Mai Beach, followed by a walk to the Bot Klang Thale pagoda and an afternoon by the resort's pool. Ao Mae Mai Beach and the pagoda are close enough to combine on a single walk. For a longer outing, the Hin Talu viewpoint and Ao Muk Beach are the next stops.
