Accommodation here runs from 36 m² rooms to villas of 248 m², 281 m² and 300 m², with capacities from three to six guests. Several rooms overlook the garden or the lake, and one villa has a pool view, so the outlook changes from one room to the next.

Some villas have two or three bedrooms, and bedding combines king, double, single and sofa beds depending on the room. Bathrooms also differ, with bathtubs in some rooms and a whirlpool bathtub in one villa. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, and some also have a desk, a telephone or an in-room safe.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and sauna, a yoga room, a hot spring bath and massage treatments, and the private beach is on the property. Hiking and bicycles are also available, and tours can be arranged.

Khao Lak lies on the Andaman coast of Phangnga province, a line of beaches backed by hills covered in forest. Inland, the hills of the national parks rise above the coastal villages. The resort stands in the Bang Muang area, so the sea and the forest are both close by. Travellers who want beaches, waterfalls and national parks in one trip will find that combination here.

Nam Kem Beach, 1.9 km away, is the closest stretch of sand to the resort, and Wat Bang-Muang Temple is nearby. The Baan Nam Kem Tsunami Memorial is also close by, a place that recalls the tsunami that struck this coast. Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, 24.4 km away, protects forest and waterfalls, and Similan National Park, 30.2 km away, covers a group of islands reached by boat from the coast. Phuket International Airport, 81.6 km away, is the nearest airport to the resort.

A day could combine Nam Kem Beach with a visit to the temple and the memorial, and the waterfalls of the national park make an outing further inland. The Similan islands are a separate trip, and boat trips depend on sea conditions, which change through the year. Back at the resort, the private beach and the outdoor pool are on the property.
