Air conditioning, blackout curtains and free Wi-Fi in all rooms are part of the accommodation. The choices include a Standard Double Room of 25 m² with a city view, and an Apartment that sleeps up to three guests.

Surat Thani is a working town rather than a resort area, with shophouses, markets and everyday services along the roads, and it suits anyone who wants to base themselves in town and explore the region by road, with shops, eateries and transport links within a short distance.

Within a short distance are the Surat Thani Night Market, a lively evening market with street food stalls, which is 3.6 km away, and Central Plaza Surat Thani, a large shopping centre. Wat Phothawas, a temple, and Khun Thale Park, a green space for a walk, are also close. For getting around, Surat Thani Airport is 19.9 km away, Surat Thani Railway Station is 9.9 km, and the ferry terminal for boats to Koh Tao is 4.6 km.

For a day out, combine a walk through Khun Thale Park with a visit to Wat Phothawas, then spend the evening at the Surat Thani Night Market, which is 3.6 km from the apartment, and the market is busiest after dark. For trips to the islands, the ferry terminal is the departure point to plan around.
