Both apartments have a garden view and air conditioning. Each one has a private bathroom with a shower, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, along with a flat-screen TV, a fan, linens, and an electric kettle with a coffee and tea maker.

The apartments range from 35 m² to 60 m² and sleep up to four and three guests. The two-bedroom apartment has a balcony, and the one-bedroom apartment has a sofa bed as well as a king bed.

Sunny Blue Runway has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, with a garden, a terrace and an outdoor seating area where guests can relax. Family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available, and the pool, the garden and the terrace make the property a good place to spend an afternoon on site.

Free private parking is available on site, and free WiFi is available in all rooms. Internet services and WiFi in the public areas are also offered, and air conditioning covers the public areas as well.

Reception staff speak English and Thai, and the apartments have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning for cooling down after a day outdoors. Guests can also use the terrace and the outdoor seating area between excursions.

Sunny Blue Runway is in Chaweng, the best-known beach area on Koh Samui's east coast, where a long sandy bay is lined with restaurants, bars and shops. The apartments are within a few kilometres of the island's main beaches, shopping and night market, so evenings out and beach days are both close at hand.

Nora Beach is 1.3 km away, and Chaweng Yai Beach is 1.4 km away. Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre with shops and restaurants, is 950 m from the property, and the Night Market is close by, with street food and local goods in the evening. Big Buddha, a large hillside statue and temple, is 3.5 km away.

Samui International Airport is 950 m from the apartments, so flying in is the simplest route. Koh Samui is an island, so the trip there is by air or by ferry from the mainland, and the property is on the island itself. A good day out is a visit to Big Buddha, followed by a swim at Nora Beach and an evening at the Night Market. The outdoor pool and the garden on the property make a quiet counterpoint to the busier beach area, so the days can alternate between the two.
