Summer House 2

Rooms at Summer House 2 measure between 22 and 42 m² and come with king beds, queen beds or, in one triple room, a single bed alongside a king bed. Several rooms have air conditioning and a balcony or terrace, and a number of them have a private bathroom with a shower.

Capacity runs from two to five guests. Several rooms also have an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV and toiletries. Rooms with a balcony or terrace give guests an outdoor space of their own. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Guests can relax in the garden or by the outdoor and indoor pools when they are not out exploring.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool, a garden, and air conditioning in its public areas. Internet services are offered, along with Wi-Fi in the public areas.

Khao Lak is a quiet beach area on Thailand's Andaman coast, in Phangnga province, where a long sandy shore runs between low hills and the sea, with several beaches along the coast. Summer House 2 is on Highway No. 4, 100 m from Bang Niang Beach, and Khuk Khak Beach is nearby as well. The surroundings combine beaches, hills and village life.

The International Tsunami Museum, which documents the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, is 1.4 km away. Police Boat 813, a boat carried inland by the 2004 tsunami, is a memorial nearby. Both Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall are 5.1 km away, and Similan National Park, 10.9 km away, has islands that are reached by boat from the coast. The Bangnieng Afternoon Market is also close by, in the same part of the coast.

A day could start with the waterfall and the trails of the national park, then continue with an afternoon on Bang Niang Beach and a walk through the market. Phuket International Airport is 62.8 km away and is the nearer of the two airports for the area. Those who prefer to stay close to the resort can spend the day by the pools and in the garden.
