The rooms at Summer Hotel measure 13 to 14 m² and sleep two or three guests, depending on the type. Most have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a balcony or terrace, and a TV with satellite or cable channels.

Phuket Old Town is 750 m away, with restored Sino-Portuguese shophouses along its streets, and the temple Sanjao Sam San is 100 m away. The Lard Yai Sunday Night Market opens in the evening on Sundays, and Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is 6.7 km away and is one of the most important temples on the island.

For a day out, start in the Old Town, visit the Big Buddha on its hill and finish at Patong Beach, 9.6 km away on the west coast. Phuket International Airport is 26.4 km from the guesthouse, and the island is joined to the mainland by road, so the town can be reached by car.
