The rooms at Suki Palm range from a 27 m² queen room with a private bathroom to 25 m² rooms, one with a balcony and garden view and one with a queen bed and a nature view. Guests in the 25 m² room with the nature view can use air conditioning, blackout curtains and a flat-screen TV.

The best-known landmark is Chaithararam Temple, Wat Chalong, 2.6 km away, a Buddhist temple that is one of the most visited on the island, with its pagodas and shrines drawing both locals and travellers. Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 3.4 km away, and Chalong Beach, a sandy stretch on the bay, is 1.2 km away. Ao Chalong Pier, 350 m from the property, is the departure point for boat trips around the bay and to nearby islands.
