The accommodation is a single studio apartment with a balcony, measuring 31 m² and sleeping up to three guests. Its equipment includes air conditioning, a sauna, a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.

Towels, linens, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided, and there is a socket near the bed. The whole apartment is let as one unit, so the space and its facilities are used together.

The Koko galery museum is 250 m away, and Wat Lamai, a temple, lies further along. The Hin Ta & Hin Yai rocks, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are 1.7 km away, and Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha statue, lies 11.7 km away. Both sights are well known on the island.

A day can start with a swim at Lamai Beach and continue at the night market in the evening, with the Koko galery museum a short detour on the way back. Boating and scuba diving are available in the area, and Samui International Airport is the nearest airport for arrivals on the island.
