Spy Home

Spy Home has rooms from 18 m² to 50 m², and air conditioning is in the rooms. Several open onto a balcony or terrace, and some apartments include a full kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator, so guests can cook their own meals.

Capacity runs from two to four guests, and the two-bedroom family apartment sleeps four in two queen beds. Guests can keep food and drinks in a refrigerator in the rooms, and the Triple Family room, at 42 m², has a balcony, a desk and a closet. The Quadruple Room with Balcony, at 36 m², sleeps up to four guests.

Spy Home has an indoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool and a garden with a terrace, and the shared lounge has a TV area for guests. Restaurants and room service are available on site, and the kitchen facilities add to the self-catering options in the apartments.

Practical services include free Wi-Fi in all rooms, internet services and WiFi in public areas, on-site parking, an airport transfer, laundry service, daily housekeeping and safety deposit boxes. Diving, fishing, snorkelling, tours, car hire and bicycle rental are also offered. Rooms can have air conditioning, a fan, a clothes rack, a private bathroom and a refrigerator. Air conditioning is also in the public areas.

Bang Niang is the beach area of Khao Lak, on the Andaman coast of Phangnga province, and the sand is under 100 m from the property. The shoreline is the centre of the area, with a village of local shops behind the beach road, and the coast was badly hit by the 2004 tsunami, a history that the museum and the memorials nearby recall.

The International Tsunami Museum, 1.4 km away, documents the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, and Bangnieng Afternoon Market is close by for local shopping. Inland, Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, 5.1 km away, has forest trails and waterfalls, and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall is also nearby. Phuket International Airport is 62.8 km away, while the Khao Lak Bus Station is close to the property for onward travel by road.

A good day could begin on the sand at Bang Niang Beach, then move to the museum and the market, and end with a walk on the forest trails of the national park. The Similan Islands are reached by boat from the mainland and make a separate day out, while the Khao Lak coast serves as the base for both. Inland, the waterfalls and forest trails offer a change of scene from the beach.
