Patong, Phuket's best-known beach resort, is 6.9 km away, with Bangla Road's nightlife and the Jungceylon shopping centre. Phuket FantaSea, a large cultural show and theme park, is a longer trip from Kata, and the Kata Walking Street Night Market is just along the road.

A good day could start on Kata Beach, continue to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and end with the evening stalls of the Kata Walking Street Night Market. Kata Noi Beach, a quieter stretch of sand, lies just beyond Kata. Phuket International Airport is 31.9 km away, and the property offers an airport transfer.
