The rooms include a tent for two guests, a Standard Twin Room with Shared Bathroom that has two single beds, and the Comfort Quadruple Room, which measures 26 m² and sleeps up to four guests.

For couples, the Classic room measures 24 m² and has two king beds and a private bathroom. The Deluxe King Room offers 20 m² with one king bed. The Family Suite sleeps up to five guests and has a balcony or terrace, and the Room Comfort sleeps up to eleven guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and there is free parking on site. An airport transfer is offered, and the property has a garden, luggage storage, laundry service and daily housekeeping.

Staying here keeps the temples close at hand for visitors, and the surrounding streets are calm, with guesthouses and small shops rather than a busy main road.

Within a few hundred metres are the Sukhothai Historical Park and Wat Maha That, whose ruins stand in the middle of the park, and the Ramkhamhaeng National Museum, which holds artefacts from the Sukhothai kingdom. Wat Sri Sawai, a Khmer-style temple with three towers, is 950 m away, and the Traphang Thong Market is 150 m from the guesthouse, a local market close to the guesthouse.

Many of the nearby temples are within walking distance of the guesthouse.The Saturday Night Market Old Sukhothai is a street market 400 m away, and the Historic Town of Sukhothai and Associated Historic Towns, a UNESCO World Heritage site, takes in the wider area, including Si Satchanalai Historical Park, 46.2 km away. Sukhothai also hosts a Loy Krathong and Candle Festival each year, which is one of the town's best-known events.
