Jasmin House

Every room at Jasmin House has air conditioning and a television, and complimentary bottled water is provided. Guests can choose between rooms for two and rooms for three people, and the Standard and the Budget Double Room each measure 16 m².

The garden is the shared outdoor space, where guests can play badminton, lie on the grass or take a quiet stroll among the flowers and plants.

Jasmin House has a garden that guests can use for outdoor games such as badminton, and the property is smoke-free. English and Thai are spoken, so guests can communicate in both languages.

Jasmin House is in Old Sukhothai, the area around the ancient ruins, and the Sukhothai Historical Park is a short walk away. The park is the former capital of the Sukhothai Kingdom, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its temples, monuments and gates spread across a wide area. Many of the main ruins are within a few hundred metres of the guesthouse.

Around the guesthouse, the temples are the main attractions. Wat Maha That, the central temple of the park, is 450 m away, and Wat Sri Sawai and Wat Sa Si are each 700 m off. The Ramkhamhaeng National Museum, 100 m from the property, holds artefacts from the Sukhothai period, and the Muang Kao Market is a local market close by. Bicycles are a common way to cover the ruins, which are spread out.

A good plan is to start early at the historical park, cycle between the temples and finish at the Ramkhamhaeng National Museum, then spend the afternoon in the guesthouse garden. For a longer trip, Si Satchanalai Historical Park, 46.2 km away, is another part of the same UNESCO listing, and the Sukhothai Loi Krathong and Candle Festival takes place in the historical park each year.
