Sleep In Lanta Resort

The rooms at Sleep In Lanta Resort include garden-view and pool-view rooms, a 35 m² deluxe suite, a triple room, a quadruple room that takes up to five guests, and bungalows. Beds include king, queen, single and bunk beds, depending on the room.

Rooms with a view look out over the garden or the pool, and several have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. Air conditioning is also fitted in some rooms.

Sleep In Lanta Resort is in Baan Klong Khong, a village on Koh Lanta, the long island of beaches, forested hills and small settlements in Krabi province, on the Andaman Sea. The area is quiet, with village houses and a few small shops, and the sand of Khlong Khong Beach is 250 m away, so the sea is close by without the bustle of a town. Koh Lanta is an island, so the last part of the trip is by boat from the mainland.

Long Beach, 2.1 km away, is one of the island's long strips of sand. Lanta Old Town, 8.4 km away, is a small historic settlement, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave, 6.4 km away, is a cave in the island's hills. Nearby, Lung Phon Beach and Ao Hin Ta Re sit on other stretches of coast, each reached by road.

Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a forest and coastal park that makes a full day out for walking and seeing the coast. Activities from the resort, including snorkelling, canoeing, fishing and horse riding, give you a way to spend time on the water and the sand close by. A good day might start with a swim at the resort, then a walk on Khlong Khong Beach and an afternoon in Lanta Old Town. Sea conditions can disrupt boat trips in the rainy season.
