Around the resort, the island's sights are spread out. Khlong Khong Beach is 2.3 km away, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave is a limestone cave nearby. Lanta Old Town, 5.2 km away, is the island's historic settlement and has a community museum. Klong Chak Waterfall lies inland. Krabi International Airport is 62.4 km away on the mainland, so the trip from the airport ends with a boat crossing to the island.

A day out could start at Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 9.7 km away, a marine park that covers the islands and waters around Koh Lanta, and continue to Khlong Chak Waterfall inland.
