Sea Dance Resort

The rooms at Sea Dance Resort include two-bedroom pool villas, a deluxe cottage, a family suite, terrace suites, a studio suite and a deluxe double room with a partial sea view. Several rooms have a garden view, and the Two Bedroom Sky Terrace Pool Villa has a sea view.

The Deluxe Cottage measures 38 m², the Family Suite 60 m² and the Two Bedroom Terrace Suite 100 m². The Family Suite and the Studio Suite both have a private bathroom, and some rooms offer a choice of bed set-ups. The Two Bedroom Pool Villa, at 80 m², also has an additional bathroom alongside its private one.

The grounds have an outdoor swimming pool, a poolside bar, a garden and a terrace, with a private beach for guests. Activities include massage, canoeing, snorkelling, table tennis and non-motorised water sports, and there is an on-site golf course.

For meals, there are restaurants, a coffee shop, a snack bar for quick meals and room service, and food delivery is available. An Asian breakfast is served, and a happy hour is offered at the bar.

Practical services include tours, which can be arranged, car hire, a taxi service, laundry and ironing, luggage storage and bicycle parking. Free parking on site is available, and an airport transfer is offered. Guests who want a massage can book one as well, alongside the water sports.

Sea Dance Resort is in Choengmon, a village area of Koh Samui that mixes village houses, beaches and temples, with its own private beach and Choeng Mon Beach 2.1 km away. The sea is close at hand, and the island's main sights are within a short drive of the resort.

Samui Airport is 2.6 km away, and the resort offers an airport transfer. The Big Buddha, a large Buddha statue at a hillside temple, is 2.9 km away, and Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guanyin statue beside a lake, is 2.3 km away. Fisherman's Village, an old fishing quarter of lanes and shops, is 5.8 km away, and the Samui Art Museum is a short walk from the resort, while the Samui Football Golf Club is close by as well.

A good day could start at the Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem, then continue to Fisherman's Village in the evening. Getting around Koh Samui usually means a car, a scooter or a taxi, and the resort's car hire and taxi service are useful for that. The Samui Crocodile Farm is also not far from the resort, and it offers a different kind of outing from the temples and the beaches.
