Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at SD Residence. The Standard Room measures 28 m² and has a king bed for up to two guests, with a private bathroom and individual air conditioning.

Naiyang is a quieter corner of Phuket, in Thalang District, where the airport and the beach sit close together. Nai Yang Beach is a long stretch of sand inside Sirinat National Park, and the area is calmer than the island's busier resort towns such as Patong.

SD Residence is 900 m from Nai Yang Beach and 1.3 km from Phuket International Airport. The Ni Yang Night Market is 600 m away, a local market where evening visitors can eat street food and browse everyday goods, and Wat Mongkonwaram, a Buddhist temple, is also close by. Sirinart Naiyang Park offers a green space for a walk, while Maikhao Beach, 3.4 km away, is a long stretch of sand next to the airport.

Phuket is reached by road from the mainland, and the free parking at the property makes a car a practical way to explore the island. A day could start with a walk along Nai Yang Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Mongkonwaram or Sirinart Naiyang Park, and end at the Ni Yang Night Market in the evening. For a day out, Splash Jungle Water Park is also nearby, a water park with slides and pools that makes a change from the sea.
