The rooms at SC Residences are air-conditioned, and each one has a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, plus a TV with satellite and cable channels. The Superior Double Room and the Superior Twin Room both measure 23 m² and look over the garden, with a king bed in one and two single beds in the other.

The Family Room covers 38 m² and sleeps up to three guests, with a single bed and a double bed. It is the largest space in the hotel's rooms, and it is the room to choose for a group of three travelling together.

Wat Phothawas is a temple nearby, and Koh Lamphu Public Park is a green space on the river. The Tapee River Viewpoint, 1 km from the hotel, overlooks the river and a bridge. The railway station and the airport are further out, so a taxi or songthaew is the easiest way to reach them.

A good day could begin at the City Pillar Shrine and continue along the river to the viewpoint, with a walk through the market in the evening. Those who want to shop can visit Central Plaza Surat Thani, a shopping centre 5.1 km away.
