The bungalow accommodation has a queen bed and a single bed for up to three guests, with a private bathroom, toiletries and linens. The room measures 16 m², and the property also has ceiling or portable fans and a balcony or terrace.

Sairee is the island's main beach, a sandy stretch lined with dive shops, and the area is well known as a centre for diving courses. Away from the beach road, Ko Tao is quieter, with hilltop viewpoints and bays to explore, so the pace shifts quickly once you leave the sand.

The Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier, 1.4 km away, is the island's ferry pier, and the viewpoint over Sairee beach and Koh Nang Yuan is close by. Koh Nang Yuan is a group of small islands joined by sandbars, reached by boat and lying 2.8 km from the bungalow. Within a short walk you find the beach and the dive schools, so the days can begin and end on the sand.

The nearest airports are Samui Airport, 66.1 km away on Koh Samui, and Chumphon Airport, 85.8 km away on the mainland, so the last stretch of the journey is by boat. A good day starts with a swim at Sairee Beach, continues by boat to Koh Nang Yuan, and ends at the John - Suwan Mountain View Point, a lookout over the island's hills.
