Rooms at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa by Tolani range from studios and a superior room to deluxe rooms and a 60 m² suite, and several of them look onto the city or the pool. Rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, an in-room safe, a hair dryer, a shower and a refrigerator, and some have a balcony or terrace.

Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa by Tolani is on Sainamyen Road in Kathu, in the Patong area of Phuket, the island's best-known beach town. Patong is a busy resort area with a long beach, restaurants, bars and shops, and its beach road is lined with street-food stalls, massage shops and tour desks. The evenings are busy, and the town has a mix of hotels, condos and guesthouses along the main roads.

Patong Beach is 850 m from the resort, and the beach itself is the town's main draw, with a long stretch of sand and restaurants along its edge. Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with restaurants and shops, is 550 m away. Bangla Road, the nightlife street of Patong, is 750 m away, with bars, clubs and street stalls. Kata and Karon beaches are a drive further along the coast, and the Phuket FantaSea show park lies further afield.

Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 7.6 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the island's most important temples. Visiting both is easiest by hired car or taxi, since the island is mostly travelled by road. Phuket International Airport is about 24 km from the resort.
