The rooms at Saturdays Residence by Brown Starling are villas and suites, from one-bedroom layouts to three-bedroom villas. Several of them look onto the pool or a garden, and some have a balcony. Several layouts have a bathtub, and air conditioning is available in some of them. Every room type can sleep at least two guests, and several of them have a private bathroom with a bathtub.

For larger groups, the Three-Bedroom Villa sleeps up to eight guests and the Suite One Bedroom up to nine. Pool views are offered in the two-bedroom villa with a private pool, and garden views in the one-bedroom and three-bedroom villas.

It is a practical base for sightseeing, with local markets, temples and beaches within a short drive. Chalong Beach is the nearest beach to the property, and the Phuket Seashell Museum is closer still.

Big Buddha Phuket, a hilltop white statue with wide views across the island, is 3.3 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.8 km away; it is the best-known Buddhist temple complex on Phuket. Kata Beach, 3.7 km away, is a sandy beach with a lively waterfront, and Patong, 10.2 km away, is the island's busiest beach resort, with shopping and nightlife. Phuket International Airport is 34.2 km away by road.

A day could start at the Big Buddha and the temple at Wat Chalong, continue with a swim at Kata Beach, and end at Phuket FantaSea, the cultural theme park with an evening show. Getting around the island is usually by car, taxi or scooter, and the Rawai fish market is close enough to add to the route on the way back, since it is in Rawai itself, close to where you stay.
