The rooms are pool villas and pavilions measuring from 115 to 280 m², and every room has a bathtub. Some sleep up to two guests and others up to five, and garden and sea views are among the outlooks offered. Several rooms have a dressing room and outdoor furniture, and several have air conditioning, a mini bar and a refrigerator.

Some rooms offer a choice of bed set-ups. At 165 m², the Two Bedroom Pool Villa sleeps up to five guests, while the Garden Pool Villas measure 140 m² and sleep up to two, and several King Pavilions have sea views.

The resort sits in the Khok Kloi area on the Natai coast, with Natai Beach right beside the grounds and a private beach of its own. Khao Pilai Beach is a short distance along the same coast. Much of the stay can be spent on site, since the garden, the outdoor pool, the games room and the library are all inside the resort, and the spa and the bar sit on the same grounds, so a day can pass without leaving the property at all.

Two landmarks are worth the short trip: the Sarasin Bridge ViewPoint, 5.2 km away, overlooks the bridge that links Phuket to the mainland, and the Tha Chat Chai mangrove forest trail, 6.1 km away, winds through mangrove forest. Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with an evening show, is 32.3 km away.

Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport, and car hire, a taxi service and bicycle rental are available at the resort. For a day out, Wat Chalong (Chaithararam Temple), 44.9 km away, is Phuket's best-known temple, and the Big Buddha statue on a hilltop is worth visiting alongside it. The resort can also arrange tours, which is useful for trips further afield, and the garden and the outdoor pool are on the resort grounds.
