Samui Natien Resort

The rooms at Samui Natien Resort include deluxe villas with a garden view, a beach villa with an ocean view and a deluxe twin room with two single beds. A family room of 47 m² sleeps up to four guests, a deluxe suite sleeps up to three, and the Suite Deluxe welcomes up to nine. Layouts range from a double bed to two single beds, and the family room combines both.

Rooms can have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, a coffee or tea maker and an electric kettle, and some bathrooms have separate showers and bathtubs while others have walk-in showers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The resort has two swimming pools, an outdoor one and an indoor one, and a children's pool, alongside a spa and sauna. The property also has a private beach, and the grounds include a garden and a terrace.

Dining is in the restaurant, the bar and the coffee shop, with room service and food delivery available. Breakfast is offered as a buffet or a continental breakfast, and a kids meal is also available for younger guests.

Samui Natien Resort is on Chaweng Beach, one of the best-known stretches of sand on Koh Samui, and the road behind the beach stays busy into the evening with street-food stalls, shops and massage places. Chaweng is the liveliest stretch of Koh Samui's shoreline, with a long curve of sand lined by hotels, restaurants and bars. Chaweng suits a stay built around the sea and the evenings, while Chaweng Noi Beach, 3 km along the coast, offers another stretch of sand for a change of scene.

Samui Airport is 1.7 km away and the resort has an airport transfer. The nearest beach, Chaweng Yai Beach, is 900 m away, and the Night Market is 1,000 m away, with food stalls and clothing for the evening. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue, is 4.2 km away and is one of the island's best-known sights.

A good day out starts with the Big Buddha and the temple of Wat Plai Laem, then continues to Fisherman's Village in Bophut, where the old harbour has shops and bars to stroll around. Evenings can be spent at the Night Market, and the Na Muang Waterfall, further inland, makes another day out from Chaweng. Seafood restaurants line the harbour at Fisherman's Village as well, so the evening can start there.
