Samui Boat Lagoon

Samui Boat Lagoon's accommodation consists of villas, from a one-bedroom villa for up to four guests to a four-bedroom pool villa that sleeps up to eight. Depending on the type, the villas can have air conditioning, a full kitchen, a balcony or terrace, and a private pool.

Some villas include bathrobes, a hair dryer, toiletries and a DVD player, and the two-bedroom villas sleep up to five and six guests. Extra beds depend on the room you choose.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, along with a garden, a golf course within 3 km and a massage service. Free parking on site and free WiFi in all rooms are available. The resort also has a lift and facilities for disabled guests.

Services for guests include an airport transfer, car hire, a taxi service, tours, a laundry service, luggage storage and babysitting, with daily housekeeping. For meals there is room service, food delivery, grocery delivery, a coffee shop, a kitchen and barbecue facilities.

Guests can also go diving, fishing or snorkelling, and the resort has a library, a gift and souvenir shop and a doctor or nurse on call.

Samui Boat Lagoon stands in the Choeng Mon area of Koh Samui, a part of the island where temples, small beaches and fishing villages sit close together. Bophut and the Big Buddha are close at hand, away from the busier stretches of the island's larger beaches. Visitors come here for the temples and small bays as much as for the beaches.

Wat Plai Laem, a temple known for its large Guanyin statue, is 450 m from the resort, and the Big Buddha temple, with its large seated statue, is 850 m away. Bophut's Fisherman's Village, with its walking street, is 4.3 km away, and Samui Airport (USM) is 3 km from the resort. The beach at Thongson is 1.6 km away, a short stretch of sand for a swim.

Getting around is simple with the resort's car hire and taxi service, and an airport transfer is offered, so you should give your exact arrival time when you book. For a full day, combine a visit to the temples of Choeng Mon with a stroll through Fisherman's Village, then a swim at a nearby beach. The temples, the beaches and Fisherman's Village are all within a few kilometres of the resort, which keeps a day around Choeng Mon simple.
