Sala Bua Room Karon

The rooms at Sala Bua Room Karon have king and queen beds, and the family rooms sleep up to four guests. Most rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and several have a city view.

A few rooms add extras such as a mini bar, complimentary tea and a microwave, and some have a private entrance. Most rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer, and the family rooms of 48 m² and 56 m² sleep up to four guests. Karon is a beach area on the Andaman coast of Phuket, with a long sandy shoreline, beach-side restaurants and a mix of shops, guesthouses and small hotels along the roads behind the sand. The beach is a short walk from the guesthouse. Smaller shops and massage places line the roads near the sand. Patong, the island's best-known resort for nightlife, is 5.7 km away.

Kata Beach, 1.3 km away, is a neighbouring beach known for surfing, with a community park behind it. In the hills above, the Big Buddha Phuket is a large white seated Buddha 1.8 km from the guesthouse, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the most revered temples on the island at 4.4 km. Karon Night Market is close by for an evening stroll, and Wat Suwankiriket is also a short distance away from the beach road.

A full day could start with the beach at Karon, continue to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and end with a walk around the Karon Night Market. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is a longer trip, reached by local bus. Phuket International Airport is 30.7 km away, and the guesthouse offers an airport transfer.
