Sairee View Resort has bungalows and double rooms, several with a sea view. The Bungalow with Sea View has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Bungalow with Fan measures 20 m² and has a queen bed, a sea view and a private entrance. The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View measures 25 m² and has a queen bed, a balcony and a sea view. The Double Room with Balcony and Sea View measures 40 m² and has a queen bed.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and daily housekeeping is provided. The Standard Double Rooms sleep up to three guests, and the bungalows sleep up to two.

Sairee View Resort sits in the Taa Then Bay area of Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand with no bridge to the mainland, so the sea is part of getting there. The nearest airports are Samui Airport on Ko Samui and Chumphon Airport on the mainland, and the crossing is by boat. Sairee Beach, 400 m away, is the island's best-known beach, and the area is well known for diving. Ao Tanote Beach is another beach on the island, further from the hotel, and the beaches and viewpoints in the area are within a few kilometres of the hotel.

Top Point, 800 m away, is the closest lookout to the hotel, and Mango Viewpoint is 1.1 km away. Mango Bay, also called Ao Muang, is 1.8 km away, and Koh Nang Yuan, 1.6 km away, is a small group of islets joined by a sandbar and reached by boat.
