Accommodation at SAii Koh Samui Villas Adults Only is made up of pool villas, beachfront villas and suites, with sea, pool, garden, ocean and beach views in different rooms. Several rooms measure 80 to 100 m², and one suite sleeps up to nine guests. One of them is a one-bedroom pool villa, with a separate bedroom.

Rooms can have a private bathroom with bathrobes, a bathroom phone, a hair dryer and toiletries, plus air conditioning, a minibar, a refrigerator and an in-room safe. Rooms can also have a coffee or tea maker, an electric kettle, a balcony or terrace, or a private pool.

SAii Koh Samui Villas Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside bar, and a private beach where diving, snorkelling and non-motorised water sports are available. For wellness there is a spa with massage and foot bath treatments, a sauna, a fitness centre and a yoga room, and there is a garden and a terrace on the grounds.

Restaurants, a coffee shop, room service and food delivery are on site, with buffet and continental breakfast served as well. Tours, car hire, taxi service and an airport transfer are available, along with concierge, luggage storage, laundry and dry cleaning services. The front desk is open 24 hours, and free parking is available on site, with valet parking too.

SAii Koh Samui Villas Adults Only is in the Chaweng area of Koh Samui, a lively beach district where bars, restaurants and shops line the roads close to the sand. The resort has its own private beach, while the busier stretches of Chaweng are close by. Most of the island's beaches, waterfalls and temples are reached by road, so the resort's own beach is the simplest place to begin a day by the sea.

Chaweng Noi Beach is 4.7 km away, a further stretch of sand, and Na Muang Waterfall lies 5.2 km away in the island's hills. The Treetop Tour cable ride, 1.1 km from the resort, takes you through the treetops, while Big Buddha, 8.3 km away, is a large seated statue on a hilltop. Fisherman's Village in Bophut has shops and cafés for an evening stroll. Central Festival Samui is a large shopping centre on the island, with dining and entertainment under one roof.

Samui Airport (USM) is 6.8 km away, and the resort offers an airport transfer and car hire. A day could start on the beach at Chaweng Noi, continue to Na Muang Waterfall and end with a visit to Big Buddha before returning to the resort's restaurants for dinner.
