The rooms at Sabye~Sabye all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The selection includes a deluxe double room with a balcony, a triple room with a mountain view, a standard double room and a double room, the last two both measuring 20 m².

The triple room sleeps up to three guests, with a single bed and a double bed, and the deluxe double room, the standard double room and the double room each sleep up to two. The deluxe double room has a double bed, the standard double room has two single beds and the double room has a double bed.

Sairee is one of the busiest beach areas on Ko Tao, an island in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Surat Thani province. The beach strip has a lively, sociable feel, and Ko Tao is widely known as a diving destination, so diving is one of the main reasons people come to the island. The island is small enough that the beach, the pier and the viewpoints sit within a short distance of each other.

The beach is 710 m from the guesthouse, and Ao Tanot Bay, a beach on the island, is 2.1 km away. Koh Nang Yuan, a small islet 3.1 km away, is known for snorkelling and views. Ko Tao has no bridge, so the ferry pier, 1.9 km from the property, is the main link to the mainland and to Ko Samui.

A good day starts with a snorkelling or diving trip from Sairee, and the bay at Ao Tanot is a good place for an afternoon swim. The guesthouse itself has a garden and a terrace, so a day can begin and end on the property. Samui Airport, 66.1 km away on Ko Samui, is the nearest airport, so reaching Ko Tao by air means a flight followed by a boat crossing.
