Ruanpanalee Resort

The rooms at Ruanpanalee Resort can have air conditioning, a desk, a shower with toiletries and a balcony or terrace, and some have a river view or a garden view. The Standard Twin Room, the Standard Double Room and the Grand Deluxe Double Room each measure 24 m², and the two-bedroom bungalow measures 48 m² and sleeps up to seven guests.

Ruanpanalee Resort sits within this setting, and as it is on the mainland, the trip from Bangkok's Don Mueang International Airport, 87.7 km away, is made entirely by road. A Fresh Market and a 7 Eleven convenience store are close by.

The best-known sight nearby is the Bang Noi Floating Market, 600 m from the resort, where vendors sell food from boats and stalls along the water. Two temples are also near, Wat Ko Kaeo at 550 m and Wat Ko Yai close by, and King Rama II Memorial Park, dedicated to the king, is 4 km away.

Wat Ko Kaeo and Wat Ko Yai are both within a short walk of the resort. A good day here starts at the floating market in the morning, followed by a walk to the temples, and in the afternoon Rom Sai Park, 1.1 km away, offers a green break from the canals. The Amphawa Thai Dessert Museum makes a good afternoon visit, and bicycle rental is available on site for getting around the canal town at a slower pace.
