Royal Muang Samui Villas

The rooms at Royal Muang Samui Villas are villas and suites measuring between 90 and 160 m², with garden or sea views and room for up to five guests. Rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, an in-room safe, a mosquito net, a seating area with a sofa, and a coffee or tea maker.

Bathrooms vary: several rooms have a bathtub, and some have a whirlpool bathtub or a separate shower. Some rooms also have a balcony or terrace, and beds vary by room, with extra beds depending on the room you choose; baby cots are available on request. The Family Suite has its own private pool as well as a balcony or terrace.

The resort has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, and a private beach. The spa offers massage and a steam room alongside a sauna, and there is a fitness centre, a playground and billiards.

Dining is available in the restaurants, with buffet, à la carte and Asian breakfast, room service, a snack bar, BBQ facilities and happy hour. Food delivery and coffee or tea in the restaurant are also offered.

Royal Muang Samui Villas sits on Choeng Mon Beach in the Choeng Mon area of Koh Samui, in Surat Thani province. The village of Choeng Mon is close by, and the resort has a private beach of its own.

Several sights are within a short distance. Wat Plai Laem, a temple complex known for its large Guanyin statue, is 1.8 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha statue, is 2.5 km away. The Samui Crocodile Farm is a zoo with reptiles and other animals, and the Bangrak beach fish market is busy with fresh seafood. Central Festival Samui, the shopping centre, is 4.8 km away.

Samui Airport is 3.2 km from the resort, and the hotel offers an airport transfer. Choeng Mon village is a short walk away, and Chaweng Yai Beach is a drive along the coast. For a day out, combine the morning at the Big Buddha with lunch at the Bangrak beach fish market, then return to the resort for the afternoon by the pool. Evenings can be spent at the night market, which has street food stalls and souvenir sellers. Much of a stay can be spent on the resort's own private beach and pools, with the spa and restaurants on site.
