The nearest beach is Noppharat Thara Beach, 300 m away, and Ao Nang Beach is 700 m from the hotel. Railay Beach, 3.6 km away, is reached by longtail boat and has limestone cliffs, with Phra Nang Cave nearby. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside Buddhist temple with a long staircase to the top, is 15 km away, and Krabi International Airport is the closest airport for arrivals.

Boat trips to Poda and Tup islands leave from the beach, and the Hong Islands are a longer outing by boat. Boat trips can be cancelled when the sea is rough, especially in the rainy season. A good day out is a longtail boat to Railay, with its cliffs and beaches, and then a return to Ao Nang for dinner and the night market.
