Riverside Retreat Sukhothai Guest House has rooms with a river view, from 16 m² twin and double rooms to a 24 m² split-level studio that sleeps up to five guests. The twin and double rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, and an electric kettle with toiletries and towels.

Several of its rooms overlook the river.

The Sukhothai Historical Park, the UNESCO World Heritage ruins of the old kingdom with temples such as Wat Mahathat, lies about 12 km away. Closer to hand are Wat Khuha Suwan, a pagoda about 100 m from the guesthouse, and the Sangkhalok Museum, about 2 km away, which displays ceramics made in the kingdom. Chaloem Phra Kiat Park, a public park in the city, is also close by, and Wat Ratchathani, another pagoda, is a short distance from the guesthouse. For onward travel, the Sukhothai Bus Terminal is about 600 m away, and Sukhothai Airport is about 24.7 km away.

A good day could begin early at the historical park, which covers a large area, so its ruins are best planned in advance, and return to the guesthouse for the evening at the night market. Guests with a car can use the free parking.
