River&Mountain Resort

Every room at River&Mountain Resort has air conditioning. Room sizes run from 16 m² to 33 m², and the 33 m² Standard Quadruple sleeps up to five guests, while the Standard Cottage and the Standard each sleep up to three.

The Standard Quadruple suits a group of up to five people travelling together, and the two 16 m² rooms are a good fit for couples or small groups of up to three.

Parking is free on site, and Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and also available in public areas. Guests can use the 24-hour security, luggage storage and the convenience store for everyday items.

Tours can be arranged, and the restaurants, coffee shop and BBQ facilities cover meals, with a continental breakfast served as well.

The garden and a designated smoking area are part of the grounds, and family rooms are available. Families can use the on-site convenience store and the restaurants without leaving the grounds.

River&Mountain Resort sits in Tambon Hin Tung, in the Mueang district of Nakhon Nayok, a province in central Thailand. The landscape is wooded and hilly, with rivers, dams and waterfalls, and the area around the resort is quieter than the provincial centre, with village roads and open countryside. The provincial town of Nakhon Nayok is the nearest place for shops and services, and the resort itself is set among trees and paths.

The nearest natural site is Sam Chan Rapids, 1.2 km away, and Nang Rang Waterfall is 3.8 km away. Wat Tham Sarika, a temple 3.2 km away, and Sarika Waterfall are other stops in the same area. Khao Yai National Park, the forest reserve that is the region's best-known destination, lies 18.1 km away. Most of these sights are reached by road, so a car or motorbike is the practical way to get around.

A good day could begin at the rapids, continue to Nang Rang Waterfall, and finish back at the resort garden, where there is space for badminton and frisbee. Because the waterfalls and temples are spread along the roads, it helps to plan the order of visits before setting out, and the Mini-Zoo at 4.4 km is a simple stop for a family outing.
