Ricci House Resort

Ricci House Resort has rooms and bungalows in several styles, from classic and deluxe rooms to a family duplex that sleeps up to five guests. Some rooms have a city view and others a garden view. Rooms can have air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator and a balcony or terrace. The Family Duplex measures 38 m² across two levels, and the Deluxe City View and Deluxe Room without View each measure 30 m². Bungalows are also available, including one with a garden view and air conditioning.

Rooms can have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer, and some rooms have a bathtub. Rooms can also have blackout curtains, slippers, a flat-screen TV and an in-room safe box.

The resort has a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, a coffee shop and breakfast in à la carte, Asian, buffet and continental styles. Tours can be arranged, and snorkelling is available. Ironing and daily housekeeping are also provided.

The resort also has business facilities with a business centre offering Xerox and fax, along with safety deposit boxes and a cash withdrawal service. Shuttle service, airport transfer and ticket services are offered, and English and Thai are spoken. Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms.

Public areas have WiFi, and wired internet connections are also available. Rooms can have closets, mirrors, windows and a refrigerator, and free bottled water is provided. Alternative meal arrangements can be made.

Ko Lipe is a small island in the far south of Thailand, reached by boat, and its beaches and village lanes shape daily life. The island is compact, with its shops, bars and beaches close together. Ricci House Resort sits in the village area around Ban Ko Li Pe, about 310 m from the beach, so the sea is close by.

Sunrise Beach, Karma Beach and Sunset Beach are all within 750 m of the resort, and Pattaya Beach is also nearby. Walking Street, lined with shops and restaurants, lies 500 m away, and the Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal is 550 m from the resort, where boats arrive from the mainland. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island, is 5.8 km away and reached by boat, so a visit there is a trip out on the water. For a wider view, the viewpoint known as View Point 3 looks over the island and the sea.

A day here can start on the sand at Sunrise Beach or Karma Beach and end on Walking Street. Snorkelling spots lie further out around the island, and tours can be arranged through the resort. In the evening, Walking Street is the place to head for a meal and a stroll.
