Rooms at Relax Guesthouse can have air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator, an in-room safe box, a hair dryer and a shower. Bed set-ups vary from room to room, and the rooms sleep between two and four guests.

Bangla Road, the lively nightlife street, and Jungceylon Shopping Center are both within walking distance of the guesthouse. Jungceylon is a large mall with shops and restaurants, and Bangla Road is lined with bars and clubs. For a quieter day out, Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), the most revered Buddhist temple on Phuket, is 6.7 km away, and the large white seated Buddha on Nakkerd Hills, Big Buddha Phuket, is 7.6 km away.

Phuket International Airport is 24.1 km away, and the property offers a taxi service. A good day could start with a swim at Patong Beach, then continue to Wat Chalong and Big Buddha Phuket in the afternoon, with the rest of the evening back in Patong. Bangla Road and the night market are a short walk from the guesthouse for the evening.
