Rehab Hostel is on Ko Phi Phi, a hilly island in Krabi province in the Andaman Sea, in the Ton Sai and Loh Dalum area, between the village and the bays. Ton Sai Bay is nearby. The island is known for its steep limestone hills, its small beaches and its clear water, and some beaches and coves can be reached only by boat. Boat trips to the nearby islands leave from the bay.
