Railay Great View Resort

The rooms at Railay Great View Resort include deluxe rooms, Grand Deluxe rooms, cottages and double or twin rooms. Rooms can have air conditioning, a mini bar, a refrigerator, an in-room safe box, a desk and a private entrance, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The Deluxe Room Partial Ocean View measures 35 m² and sleeps up to three guests. The Grand Deluxe Cottage measures 36 m², sleeps up to four and has a garden view. The Grand Deluxe Cottage with Partial Sea View measures 49 m², and a 45 m² Grand Deluxe room has a bathtub.

Railay is a peninsula on the coast of Krabi province, cut off from the mainland by water, so the last stretch to the resort is by boat. The nearest beach, Little Rai Ley East Beach, is 50 m away. Tufa Cave and Phra Nang Cave are both on the peninsula, with limestone formations to explore, and Railay Beach is also nearby. Ao Nang Beach, 2.8 km away, is a busier beach town across the bay, lined with shops and street-food stalls. Tup Island, 7.1 km away, is a popular destination for snorkelling trips, and Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 14.9 km away, is a hillside temple complex. Krabi International Airport is 17.4 km away.

A day could begin with a snorkelling trip to Tup Island, then a walk among the cliffs to Tufa Cave, with rock climbing or a visit to Phra Nang Cave in the afternoon. Boats are the link between the peninsula and the mainland, so plan the day around them. In the evening, the beach road at Ao Nang, with its street-food stalls and massage shops, makes a lively end to the day.
