Railay Bay Resort & Spa

The rooms at Railay Bay Resort & Spa include cottages, villas and deluxe rooms, and several have garden, pool or mountain views. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower or a separate shower and bathtub, a hair dryer, an in-room safe, a desk, a seating area and a balcony or terrace, depending on the room.

Bathrobes, toiletries and towels are provided, and a baby cot is available on request. Several rooms have a bathtub, and some have a whirlpool bathtub or a separate shower. Some rooms sleep two guests and others up to seven. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Railay Bay Resort & Spa sits in the Railay Bay area of Krabi province, on a limestone peninsula on Thailand's Andaman coast. The peninsula is reached by long-tail boat from the mainland, and its beaches are backed by limestone cliffs, which draws rock climbers and boat trips alike. The peninsula is a quiet place to base yourself for climbing, swimming and boat excursions, with the cliffs rising directly behind the sand and the sea lying just beyond the bay.

Railay Beach is 50 m from the resort, and Phra Nang Cave is 700 m away. Ao Nang Beach, on the mainland side of the bay, is 2.1 km away, and Krabi International Airport is 18.6 km from the property. Taxi boats run from the piers around the bay, and Ton Sai Beach has its own boat pier.

One option is a morning swim at Railay Beach, followed by a climb with one of the rock climbing outfits on the peninsula. For a longer excursion, the Hong Islands, 43.8 km away, are reached by boat. Between outings, the beach is a short stroll from the resort, so a swim before or after a climb is easy to fit in, and the boats across the bay make it simple to plan a day on the water.
