Every room at Rai Win Resort measures 26 m² and has a mountain view, air conditioning and a private entrance. Each one also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toiletries and towels, and cable channels on the TV, so the same essentials come in every room.

The beds range from a queen bed or a double bed to two single beds or three single beds, and each room sleeps up to three guests depending on its beds. Accessible vanities and hypoallergenic furnishings are also part of the rooms, and the front desk is open around the clock should guests have questions before they arrive.

The Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) is the closest landmark, 800 m from the resort, with caves and a path that climbs the hill to shrines above the town. Krabi International Airport is 6.8 km away, and a ferry terminal, Hin Khwang Pier, is nearby for boat services. Ao Nang Beach and Railay Beach are 14.5 km and 14.8 km away, and Railay is reached by longtail boat, with its limestone cliffs rising straight from the water.

A day could begin at the Tiger Cave Temple and continue with a visit to Krabi Town's fresh markets or to the weekend night market. For a beach day, Ao Nang and Railay make a fuller outing, with Ao Nang reached by road and Railay by boat from the coast. Guests who spend a day on the coast can return to the resort's garden and terrace in the evening.
