Every room at Queen has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a hair dryer, along with toiletries and towels.

The Double Room has one king bed and measures 35 m², the Triple Room has a single bed and a king bed for up to three guests and measures 35 m², and the Classic Quadruple Room measures 40 m² with two king beds for up to four guests.

Phunphin Hospital is close by, the new bus terminal is 7.4 km away, and the temple of Wat Phra Borommathat Chaiya Worawihan is 31.5 km away in Chaiya. For a day out, Khun Thale Park and the Surat Thani City Pillar Shrine are reached by road, and the Ratchaprapha Dam is a longer trip into the countryside. Surat Thani is also a common land gateway for Ko Samui and Ko Phangan, which are reached by road and ferry, so the hotel makes a practical stop before the islands.
