Every room at Private Lodge Beachside Samui Lamai is set up for one guest and has one bed, either a queen or a double. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and towels, and most have air conditioning. Room sizes run from 20 m² to 60 m².

Some rooms look out over the pool, the garden or the mountains, and one room has a partial sea view. The One-Bedroom House measures 60 m² and the Holiday Villa 40 m², and the rooms with the pool or mountain views are set up for one guest. The Hin Ta and Hin Yai rock formations, known as Grandfather's and Grandmother's Rocks, lie 550 m away along the shore and are a well-known sight in the bay. The Lamai Viewpoint is close to the hotel, and the Lamai Night Market, with its food stalls and everyday goods, makes an easy evening outing.

Na Muang Waterfall lies 5.8 km inland, in the island's hills, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue, is a longer drive away from the hotel. Samui Airport is 10.5 km from the property, and an airport transfer is offered for those arriving without a car. A day out could combine the rock formations and the beach in the morning with the night market in the evening, or a longer trip inland to the waterfall.
