Port Station Koh Tao

The rooms at Port Station Koh Tao have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Every room sleeps up to three guests, and the rooms have an electric kettle and a coffee and tea maker.

A dishwasher comes with the Deluxe rooms, and the Queen Room has free bottled water. Hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms, and the flat-screen TVs include streaming services for evening viewing.

The car park at Port Station Koh Tao is free of charge, so guests who bring their own vehicle can park at the hotel without paying a fee, and the public areas have air conditioning. English and Thai are spoken at the hotel.

Port Station Koh Tao is in Mae Haad, the ferry port of Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand best known for diving. The port area is where boats arrive and leave, and the beach is about 240 m from the hotel. Dive schools and a few shops are within a short walk of the hotel. Koh Tao is a small island, so the beach, the port and the shops are all close together.

Sairee Beach, 650 m away, is a long stretch of sand lined with dive shops and restaurants, and Sairee Viewpoint, 1.5 km away, looks over Sairee Beach and towards Koh Nang Yuan. Haad Ao Mae is also a short walk from the hotel. Samui Airport is on the neighbouring Ko Samui, so arrivals by air continue to Ko Tao by ferry or boat.

Diving and snorkelling are the main activities on Ko Tao, and boats leave from the port for the nearby islands. Koh Nang Yuan, a small island reached by boat, is known for its viewpoint and snorkelling, so a good day from the hotel is a walk along Sairee Beach followed by a boat trip out to it. Boat trips are the main way to see the islands around Ko Tao.
