Mae Ya Resort

Mae Ya Resort offers rooms with king beds, mountain views and air conditioning, along with a suite for two guests and larger rooms for groups. The Deluxe Pool measures 50 m² and the King Room 45 m², and both have a king bed and a mountain view. The Suite Pool also measures 45 m² and sleeps two.

The rooms with a mountain view have a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes, a hair dryer and a flat-screen TV.

Mae Ya Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a front desk staffed 24 hours a day. Room service is available as well, and housekeeping is provided daily.

Mae Ya Resort is in the Ao Leuk Bay area of Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand known for diving and snorkelling. Aow Leuk Bay is 450 m away, a short walk from the resort, so the sea is close at hand for guests who want to spend their days by the water.

Several bays and viewpoints lie within a few kilometres. Shark Bay and Ao Tanot Bay are both 1.2 km away, and Sairee Beach, the island's main beach strip with its dive shops, is 2.3 km away. Cindy's Tower, a viewpoint with wide views over the coast, is 850 m from the resort. Koh Nang Yuan, a group of small islands popular with snorkellers, is 5.6 km away. Samui Airport on Koh Samui is the nearest airport, and the last stage of the journey to Ko Tao is by boat, from the island's ferry pier.

A typical day here combines the bays with a boat trip. Koh Nang Yuan is a common day trip for snorkellers, and the viewpoints above the bays give wide views over the island and the sea. Diving is one of the main reasons people visit Ko Tao, so guests who want to dive will find plenty of choice around the island.
