Pitiusas Beach Resort

Every room at Pitiusas Beach Resort has a balcony or terrace. The accommodation is made up of bungalows and a two-bedroom family villa. The bungalows sleep two guests each with one king bed and a seating area. The villa sleeps up to four guests and offers a choice of bed set-ups.

The bungalows measure 22 and 25 m² and the villa 60 m², and every room has a shower, toiletries and free bottled water. Air conditioning is available in one of the bungalows and in the villa. The villa also has blackout curtains, a high floor and a partial sea view. A closet is also available in both bungalows.

Pitiusas Beach Resort has its own private beach and a garden. The bar, the coffee shop and the BBQ facilities are on site, room service is available, and a free continental breakfast is served.

The resort also has a solarium, a yoga room, a library, luggage storage, daily housekeeping, laundry service and 24-hour security. Water activities include boating, canoeing, diving, fishing, snorkelling and non-motorised water sports, and tours can be arranged. Guests can use the private beach, and languages spoken include English, Italian, Malay, Spanish and Thai.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and parking is on site. The property also has an elevator and a family room, and a garden for guests to relax in.

Sunset Beach is on Ko Lipe, a small island in Satun province on the Andaman coast of southern Thailand, and the island forms part of Tarutao National Marine Park. The island is small enough to explore on foot, with the beaches and the village close together, and its attractions are mostly the beaches, the snorkelling sites and the boat trips rather than sightseeing.

Pattaya Beach is about 300 m away, and Talo Izumi Beach is only 50 m from the resort. The Walking Street, 1 km away, runs through the village, and Hantalay Temple, a pagoda, is also nearby. A viewpoint called North point beach looks out over the water on the island. Arrivals come by boat, the ferry terminal is nearby, and the nearest airport, Trang Airport, is 119.2 km away on the mainland.

A day could start with a swim at Pattaya Beach and continue with a boat trip to Koh Adang, 6.1 km away, which is part of the same national park. Boat trips to the nearby islands are the natural way to see more of the park. Snorkelling, diving and canoeing are available at the resort itself, and the Walking Street is a good place for an evening stroll.
