Phusakthan Resort

Every room at Phusakthan Resort has air conditioning, and the rooms overlook either the river or the garden. The Standard River View measures 32 m² and the Standard Garden View 28 m², and both sleep up to three guests.

Rooms at the resort can also include a balcony or terrace, a desk, a mini bar, a shower with bathrobes and towels, satellite and cable channels, and wake-up service. Each room has a telephone and a flat-screen TV, so guests can settle in comfortably after a day outside.

The province lies east of Bangkok, and its landscape is green and quiet, with forest, rivers and waterfalls rather than beaches. Many of the nearby sights are waterfalls, pagodas and nature reserves, so the area has a natural feel. The resort's river-view rooms and its garden suit that setting.

The sights around the resort are mostly natural. The Bhumirak Dhamachart Natural Center Project is 1.1 km away, and the Sam Chan Rapids are 1.4 km from the resort. Wat Nang Rong, a pagoda, stands 3.3 km away, and the Nang Rong Waterfall is 4 km off. The Mini-Zoo, a small zoo, is also close enough to visit.

A good day could begin at the Nang Rong Waterfall, continue to Wat Nang Rong and finish back at the resort pool. For a bigger outing, Khao Yai National Park is 17.3 km away, a large national park with forest trails and wildlife, so it makes sense to plan it as a full day. Bicycle rental is offered at the resort, which is one way to reach the nearer sights.
