Phukhaolak Resort

Every room at Phukhaolak Resort has a garden view and air conditioning, and each one sleeps up to two guests. Some rooms have two single beds, others a king bed, and the Deluxe Twin Room can be set up with either bed set-up, so guests can pick the bed arrangement they prefer.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, toiletries and towels, plus an electric kettle, cleaning products, a flat-screen TV and satellite or cable channels. The resort is about 460 m from the beach, and the coast road has small restaurants and shops within walking distance. Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park is 1.9 km away, with forest and waterfalls, and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall lies in the hills inland. Boats for the Similan Islands leave from the Khao Lak coast, and Similan National Park is 7.5 km from the resort, with islands known for diving and snorkelling.

The Tsunami Museum is 3 km away, and it is a place to learn about the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami that struck this coast, with memorials nearby. Phuket International Airport is 59.1 km from the resort, and there is an airport transfer. Sunset Beach and Bang Niang Beach are also nearby, so the coast offers beach walks as well as the national park for a full day out.
