The rooms at Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa include pool-view rooms, family rooms and a two-bedroom suite. Every room has a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, bathrobes and toiletries, along with an electric kettle and a mirror.

The family rooms and the two-bedroom suite sleep up to five guests, and several of the pool-view rooms sleep up to three. Several rooms look onto the pool, and one family room has a garden view. Patong is the best-known beach town on Phuket, a lively stretch of sand with restaurants, bars and shops along the streets behind it. The resort stands in the town itself, so the beach, the restaurants and the evening life are all close, and it suits anyone who wants beach days with easy access to the town.

Patong Beach is 50 m from the hotel, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs, is 1.1 km away. The Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with shops and restaurants, is 1.2 km away. Further along the coast, Freedom Beach is 3.9 km away, a secluded beach.

Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha on a hilltop 8.6 km from the hotel, is a short trip from the resort, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most important temples, is also worth a visit. Karon and Kata beaches, further along the coast, are other options for a day on the sand, and Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with evening shows, is an option for the evening. Phuket is a large island, so Patong works well as a base for day trips to beaches and temples across the island, with the west coast beaches close at hand.
