The accommodation at Phuket Garden Home includes a 28 m² double room with a garden view, a 40 m² bungalow with a garden view, and rooms for up to four guests. Rooms for three or four guests make the hotel suitable for small groups travelling together.

Chalong is a district of Phuket best known for its Buddhist temple and its bay, where life centres on the temple, the markets and the pier. Phuket Garden Home sits on Chaofa (East) Road in the Chalong area of Muang District, away from the bars of Patong, with a garden setting of its own.

Wat Chalong, officially Chaithararam Temple, is 2.5 km away and is one of the best-known temples on the island. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hill, is 5.5 km away and offers views over the island. Chalong Pier, 3.3 km away, is the ferry terminal for boat trips from the bay. From the airport, which is 29.8 km away, you can take a taxi, use a rental car or the hotel's airport transfer, and a car makes the beaches of Karon and Kata easier to reach.

A full day could begin at Wat Chalong, continue at the Big Buddha and finish on the sand of Karon Beach, a long, sandy stretch of coast. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier are both within a few kilometres of the hotel, so they fit easily into one morning. The old town of Phuket, with its Sino-Portuguese shophouses, is a worthwhile half-day trip by taxi, and the hotel's garden and pool are there for the afternoon.
